This project aims at identifying the molecular processes that control cellular fate transitions during normal development and differentiation, or in disease processes. For this, we construct and analyze differential gene regulatory networks that govern the observed transcriptomic alterations between two cell fate states or to study the rewiring of protein interaction networks. C3 will focus on the molecular interactions involving transcription factors, chromatin modifier proteins, or splicing factors in neurons, melanocytes and melanoma cells and in cytotoxic immune cells.
